How do I get my framed artwork?

SCHOOL PICK-UP

If your school is holding a Virtual Art Show online-only, all frame orders are usually processed and shipped to the school for distribution 1-2 weeks after the Virtual Art Show ends.
If your school is holding a Hybrid Art Show, during In-Person Art Show, Pre-Ordered Framed Original Artwork is available for pick up.
Framed Reproductions are not available at the In-Person Art Show.
Framed Original Artwork that is not left at the show, framed reproductions and any purchases made after the In-Person Art Show event, will be processed 3 business days after the Virtual portion of the Hybrid Art Show has ended.
Please allow up to two weeks from the completion of the Hybrid or Virtual Art Show until any frame orders are shipped out to the school. You will receive a shipping notification once the frames have been shipped to your child’s school.
The Art Teacher will coordinate the frame pick-up process.

You will receive a tracking number via email when your order is ready to be shipped.
Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to be updated by the carrier.
Please allow up to 2 weeks after the Art Show for your order to arrive.
We are working toward being able to fulfill SHIP-TO-HOME Framed Reproduction Only and Blank Frame orders as soon as they are received but, we aren't quite there yet and appreciate your patience. (Information will be updated as soon as this changes.)
