I got a shipping notification. Where is my order?

Please return to the shipping notification that prompted you to find this page and click "View My Order."
Click on the tracking number to view your order's tracking information. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to be updated by the carrier. 

SCHOOL PICK UP OR SHIP TO HOME?

If you received a shipping notification, then your frame order has been:
  1. Shipped to your child’s school for distribution by the Art Teacher.
  2. Marked in our system as picked up from the Art Show or left on campus after the Art Show.
  3. Shipped directly to the address provided at the time of purchase at the time of purchase. The charge for shipping to your home is based on carrier costs. If you did not pay for shipping, you chose free school pick-up.

SHIP-TO-HOME

For any “Ship to Home Orders”, you should have a USPS tracking number in your shipping notification email. Once orders are in the hands of USPS, we cannot provide any additional information other than that provided by the tracking number.
