Can I have a frame order shipped directly to a home address?

YES! Select "Ship to Home" and enter the address into the shipping field.

This allows for Framed Reproduction orders to be shipped directly to extended family who may not live nearby.
There is a UPS Ground shipping charge for any order not shipped to the school for pick up. If you did not pay for shipping, your delivery method is School Pick Up. We cannot add a shipping charge after an order has been placed.
An order may choose only one shipping option, so you may need to complete separate orders if you want your purchased frames to ship to different places. For example, you may want the Framed Original Artwork to ship to your child’s school and a Framed Reproduction to ship to Grandma’s house.

SHIP-TO-HOME (UPS Ground)

SHIP-TO-HOME orders with reproductions will be fulfilled after the school's Virtual Art Show has concluded and will be shipped as soon as they are completed.
  1. You will receive a tracking number via email when your order is ready to be shipped.
  2. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to be updated by the carrier.
  3. Please allow 2 - 3 weeks after the Art Show for your order to arrive. 
  4. We are working toward being able to fulfill SHIP-TO-HOME Framed Reproduction Only and Blank Frame orders as soon as they are received but, we aren't quite there yet and appreciate your patience. (Information will be updated as soon as this changes.)

SHIP-TO-SHOOL (FREE)

SHIP-TO-SHOOL orders are typically received by the school within 1-2 weeks after the Art Show has concluded and distribution will be coordinated by the school.  In most cases, orders are distributed to students by their homeroom teacher. Ship-To-School is a bulk shipping option where all orders are packed together.
School Pick-Up is coordinated by the school's staff. Artomé Representatives can only tell you if an order has been shipped to the school but, they do not have any information on how a school plans to distribute the art. Please ask your child's homeroom teacher for details.

If you missed the show and would like to purchase a blank Art Show Frame, please ask a Chat Representative to provide you with a link to purchase one from the Artomé Store. Original Artwork that was not purchased during the Art Show will be included with SHIP-TO-SHOOL.

HYBRID AND LIVE SHOW EXCEPTION

  1. Schools may hold their In-Person Art Show on any day during the Virtual Art Show. In some circumstances, online orders for ORIGINAL ARTWORK may be picked up on the night of the live show. Any unclaimed ship-to-school orders may be left at the school or, returned to Artomé and held until the show is concluded and all ship-to-school orders are fulfilled (see SHIP-TO-SCHOOL). 
  2. Original Artwork will not be released before the night of the Live Art Show.
  3. If your school is having a Live Show, you may have the option to pick up ONLY Original Artwork on the night of the show.
Be aware that, any Original Artwork that was not turned in to the teacher in time to be scanned by Artomé, may not appear in the Virtual Show. If the Original Art is taken home without being scanned, it may not be possible to purchase reproductions.
