It says my order was delivered but I didn't get it!
If you selected School Pick-Up or FREE Ship to School and the tracking number says your frame order has been delivered, it means the frames have arrived at your child’s school for distribution by the Art Teacher. For more information about picking up your frame order, please contact your Art Teacher about their plans to distribute frames to families.
If your purchase was a Ship to Home frame order and the USPS tracking number says it was delivered, please check your front porch or wherever your packages are typically delivered.
