WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

General fulfillment of ALL orders begins the day AFTER the Virtual or Hybrid Virtual Art Show is concluded.

1. Orders are NOT processed immediately after they are placed.
   
2. If you buy Framed Art on the first day of a Virtual Art Show, it will enter production AFTER the show has concluded.
   
3. Virtual Art Shows can run for up to two weeks.
   
4. Art Show Dates are determined by the school.
   
5. Orders are typically ready to ship 3-5 business days after a Virtual Art Show's last day.
   
6. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks from the last day of the Virtual Art Show for your order to arrive.
   
7. Please inquire with the Art Teacher, if you would like to know when and how the orders will be distributed by the school.
   

During our busiest seasons, November - December, and March - May, fulfillment times may run 3 to 5 weeks.
