YES! Our FREE shipping option is called, "SHIP-TO-SCHOOL"

Please do not choose this option if you do not have permission to enter the school's campus.

SHIP-TO-SCHOOL & SCHOOL PICK-UP

School Pick-Up is coordinated by the school's staff. Artomé Representatives can only tell you if an order has been shipped or delivered to the school but, do not have information on how a school plans to distribute Framed Artwork. Please ask your child's homeroom teacher for details.

HOW IT WORKS

Select “Ship to School” to have the frame shipped to your child’s school for pick up at no charge.
  1. To save on shipping costs, this is a bulk shipment. That means that all Ship to School frames are individually wrapped but packaged in the same box to be sent to the school.
  1. By school request, frames are most often packaged, in order by grade, the teacher then, alphabetically by the student's First name.

  2. If you have more than one child's frame in an order, your order will be split so that each child's framed artwork can easily be delivered to their homeroom teacher.

  3. If you believe your order is missing artwork, please check with your child's homeroom teacher before contacting Artomé.

  4. If you still need to reach out to Artomé, please submit a ticket from our Helpdesk Portal or email us at customerservice@artome.com.  Either action will automatically open a Helpdesk Ticket however, the Helpdesk Portal provides you with a form that makes sure you provide us with important information to help resolve your issue quickly.

  5. Orders are typically ready to ship 3-5 business days after an Art Show's last day.

  6. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks from the last day of the Art Show has ended for your order to arrive.

  7. In some cases, you may be able to pick up your child's Framed Original from the Live Art Show. See Can I Pick Up Framed Art at the Live Art Show?
