When Will I Receive My Invoice or Payment?

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY INVOICE AND HOW SOON DOES IT NEED TO BE PAID?

Only applies to schools that do not have a Virtual Show and take their own payments.
If you have a Virtual or Hybrid Art Show, DO NOT TAKE PAYMENTS.
Any schools that collected payments will receive an invoice 2-3 days after your Art Show from our controller Tina Bostic via e-mail tbostic@artome.com.

An additional invoice for Post Show Sales will be sent separately as soon as we ship your artwork and Post Show frames.

Payments should be made within 10 DAYS after you have received your invoices.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY COMMISSION CHECK FOR MY VIRTUAL/ HYBRID ART SHOW?

Commission checks are issued and mailed on the 15th day of the month following the Virtual/ Hybrid Art Show completion. (i.e. If the Art Show closes on September 10th, the check will be mailed by October 15th.)
