I missed the Art Show. Can I still purchase my child's art?
If Virtual Show is Active
You can still view art and place orders through the link provided by your school. The school decides and communicates event dates but, if you aren't sure, let a Chat Representative know the school's full name, city and state for Art Show you would like to see!
If Virtual Show is Closed
If your school's Virtual Art Show has closed, that means that the period for placing orders of Framed Artworks has also ended. After the show ends, we are not able take orders for any framed original artwork that was not purchased during the event. Contact customerservice@artome.com and ask about ordering a blank frame.

Original Artwork
If your child’s Original Artwork was not purchased during the scheduled event dates, it will always be returned to the school's Art Teacher, after we have completed fulfillment. Artomé is not responsible for artwork that has already been returned to the school. An Artomé representative can only see if your child's artwork was purchased or not, when it would have been shipped or if it was picked up from an in-person show. If the school's final shipment has been delivered and, your child has not brought home their unframed original artwork, please communicate with your child and/or the Art Teacher, as Artomé does not have this information.
Art Teachers may:
- Retain artwork until the end of the quarter, semester or school year
- Wait to hand the artwork back when students have their next art class
- Distribute the artwork homeroom teachers to give back to students
- Ask a student helper to assist with the distribution process etc...
Artomé Art Shows are full participation events for Artists of all ages from Day Care to High School. Not everyone feels like an artist, not every artist loves their own work and sometimes things can get misplaced. Please communicate with your child when possible and be kind. Please ask us if we can be of further assistance!
Framed Reproductions
Free Shipping is only available for orders placed during the art show and all orders with free shipping will be delivered to the school at the same time.
- The school's full name, city and state
- The student's full name, grade and teacher name
- Your full name and shipping address
- Number of reproductions you would like to order
A draft order will be created and, you will receive an invoice from Shopify instructing you to complete your order. Your order is not complete until you receive an order confirmation email.
