What is the Artist Roster?

The Artist Roster is a spreadsheet submitted to assign the student identification for each piece of Artwork on the Virtual Art Show website.

Please make sure your Artist Roster is submitted in the correct format on one spreadsheet with each student's grade, teacher, and name, as shown below.

 

From this Artist Roster, we'll be providing a QR Code Label for each piece and including them with the paper shipment. These QR Code Labels will need to be placed where indicated on the bottom of the Artomé Art Paper. The QR Code assigns the correct student information to the scanned artwork when uploaded into the virtual gallery.
