QR Labels, Artist Labels and Art Paper
It is imperative that the artwork is in order so that students and parents can easily find their artwork. Please organize your artwork in the exact order you want it displayed on the Virtual Art Show Platform and the In-Person Art Show gallery as we will frame and display it in the exact order that you ship or upload it.
Please organize by:
- Grade, lowest to highest
then - Classroom teacher or period
then - Student first name
Gallery Tags help parents and students find the artwork at the On-site Art Show.
The other information assists you to distribute unsold artwork back to your students after the Art Show.
Any artwork received unorganized and/or with information not filled out completely is a breach of the Agreement, may be misplaced or lost and could incur extra fees. Artomé is not responsible for lost or misplaced artwork, that was not submitted in the correct order or, on time.
